The vivid marble stone wall panel sheet, can be a good choice to replce the natural marble, with very good affordable cost, light weight and easy to fix on the wall, one sheet weight about 28 to 30 KG as per sheet size at 1200*2400*6 mm. Thickness available from 6 to 12mm, special sheet could be length 3000 mm for your special wall projects.

FDB-515 is FDB collection of marble stone wall panels,they are made of fiber calcium silicate board as structural core board or base board. Fiber calcium silicate board is 100%  free of asbestos, it performs to resistant water, humid, moisture and steam. The panel is A grade fire rate, resist of fire, or fire retardant, it is not burn, not rot, not been eaten by ants,  termite proof, free of formaldehyde and toxic. The ingredients of the fiber reinforced calcium silicate board, contains silica powder, cement, calcium, paper pulp, fiber etc. It is A class fireproof material, 100% non-asbestos. Feifan panels, surface coated with pattern layer/ UV paint.

Introduction

Feifan Industrial came into the pre-painted decorative wall panels since 2004, more than 15 years ago. Feifan is the earliest factory in China to apply the pre-painted fiber reinforced calcium silicate board and magnesium oxide board into wall decorative field. The core board is an environmentally friendly, high strength non-structural wall and ceiling panel. Panels are manufactured using fiber cement calcium silicate board or magnesium oxide board, MgO board  as substrate board and solid color, marble stone texture colors, wood grain colors wearable UV coating on the surface. The panels contain no asbestos, no VOCs or toxins, no formaldehyde, anti bacteria, easy to install and safe to use. It is very light, with less than 10 kg per sheet, each sheet full size is 1220*2440*6 mm, by dry wall installation, it can be quick and easy fixed on the wall.
